All 53 on the field, but the backfield is a tad banged up.
The Cincinnati Bengals are headed in to a must-win situation Sunday night when they take on the New York Giants. At 1-4, the margin for error from Cincinnati is virtually gone, at least until they can string a few wins together.
Thursday brought good news on the injury front, as the Bengals had no players miss practice. There are still quite a few players on the report, but they all practiced in at least a limited capacity.
The new addition Thursday was running back Chase Brown, who was limited with a quadriceps injury. This is the first report, so it will be something to keep an eye on on Friday.
Running back Zack Moss (foot) was limited after missing Wednesday. Also returning was tight end Mike Gesicki (hamstring).
Slot cornerback Mike Hilton (knee) was a full participant for the second day in a row, so he should be back in action. After losing Dax Hill for the season, Hilton, who is back in the lineup, would likely move DJ Turner II into the starting boundary corner opposite Cam Taylor-Britt.
Offensive tackle Amarius Mims (calf) was limited after an injury in Week 5 vs. the Baltimore Ravens that looked to be far worse than it turned out to be.
Much-needed help on the defensive line appears to be on the way, as defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins (hamstring) practiced for the second straight day. He was listed as limited.
Other defensive linemen on the report who were practicing include Kris Jenkins (thumb) and Joseph Ossai (shoulder). Jenkins went full, while Ossai was limited.
For the Giants, rookie star receiver Malik Nabers (concussion protocol), linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux (wrist), guard Jon Runyan (illness), and receiver Bryce Ford-Wheaton (shoulder) all missed Thursday’s practice.
