Fantasy football championship participants can breathe a sigh of relief because we now know the status of Kansas City Chiefs running back Isaiah Pacheco for tomorrow’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Pacheco has cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol and is expected to play tomorrow. Pacheco was previously listed as “questionable” with a concussion and shoulder injury this week.
The second-year running back leads the Chiefs in rushing with 805 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground. He also leads the team in yards from scrimmage and total touchdowns.
More importantly for fantasy football owners: He’s been about as reliable of a running back at getting consistent points of anyone other than Christian McCaffrey.

More importantly for the Kansas City Chiefs, they still haven’t secured the AFC West title yet. They only need one more win in order to do so but are currently on a three-game losing streak.
A big game from Pacheco would help the Chiefs get their confidence back and some extra yards while they’re at it.
The Chiefs-Bengals game will be at 4:25 p.m. ET and will air on CBS.
