The Cincinnati Bengals are keeping the band together for at least another season.
On Monday, the team announced that it came to terms with two-time 1,000-yard receiver Tee Higgins on a one-year, franchise deal that will pay him roughly $22 million in 2024.
Higgins had been absent throughout the Bengals’ offseason program after requesting a trade but will now return to the team much to the delight of head coach Zac Taylor.
“I’m excited to move forward with Tee,” Taylor told the team’s website. “He’s done a great job handling his situation, and we are happy to get him back in the fold so we can start working toward a great 2024 season. The locker room will be excited to have him back around.”
We have re-signed WR Tee Higgins to a one-year contract.

According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, Higgins will be there when Cincinnati’s training camp starts and is open to an extension with the Bengals — as unlikely as it is.
Both sides have about a month left to figure out how they want to proceed as far as a long-term contract but we’ll see.
Higgins is coming off his worst statistical season after missing five games due to injury in 2023. However, he was still able to lead the team in yards per catch on his way to 42 receptions, 656 yards and five TDs.
