Ja’Marr Chase Posts Cryptic Message Amid Justin Jefferson Speculation

March 13, 2024 by The Spun

There’s a large contingent of fans out there who believe that Justin Jefferson might try to force his way off the Minnesota Vikings amid the team’s inability to give him a new contract. Now, a cryptic post from his former college teammate Ja’Marr Chase is pouring some fuel on the fire.

Taking to X on Tuesday, the Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver hinted that he has a “krazy story to tell” amid cries for Jefferson to leave the Vikings.

“this will be a krazy story to tell,” Chase wrote. His post has gone viral with nearly 10,000 likes and over 1,400 retweets in the past four hours.

Fans in the comments are already wondering if the Bengals are working on a trade to bring Jefferson into the fold:

“I choose to believe that this is about Justin Jefferson, until I hear otherwise,” one user replied.

“Justin Jefferson to Cincinnati confirmed,” another declared.

“Jetta and Chase on the same team is going to be fun, OMG PLZ IM MANIFESTING THIS,” a third user wrote.

Chase, Jefferson and quarterback Joe Burrow formed the offensive corps of the famed 2019 LSU Tigers, who shattered all kinds of offensive scoring records en route to a 15-0 national title.

All three players are now superstars for their respective NFL teams.

It seems unlikely that the two are going to join up in a trade right now. But somewhere down the line anything is possible.

Will Burrow, Chase and Jefferson ever play in the same regular season game again?
