Ouch.
Another day, another defection for the Kentucky Wildcats.
This time, it’s 4-star running back Marquise Davis, who has flipped his pledge to the Missouri Tigers.
Hayes Fawcett broke the news late Sunday night.
BREAKING: Four-Star RB Marquise Davis has Flipped his Commitment from Kentucky to Missouri, he tells me for @on3recruits

This is a brutal blow, as Davis had the potential to come in and be a key weapon for the Kentucky offense in Year 1, as the backfield is a major question mark hitting the offseason, though that’s the case with just about every position.
Kentucky also lost a commitment from 3-star recruit Tucker Kattus, who flipped his commitment to the Clemson Tigers. Kattus has two brothers currently on the Kentucky roster.
Safe to say this has been nothing short of a catastrophic weekend for Kentucky football, who is in dire shape under Mark Stoops’ watch.
Will be hard to rebound from all of this to have the kind of bounce-back 2025 season that Stoops wants you to believe he’s capable of engineering.
