One current and one future Wildcats star will be joining the new NIL agency.
The Kentucky Wildcats are among the blue-blood programs in college hoops, and they should also be one of the programs forking out major incentives to come to play in Lexington.
They have connections to the NBA scene as well which should boast the stock of both current and future players.
That said, they may also be at the forefront of NIL initiatives. At least their players are, as both current Wildcat Andrew Carr and 4-star signee Acaden Lewis have joined a new NIL agency, Momentous Sports Partners.
They join the likes of North Carolina’s R.J. Davis and Kansas’ Hunter Dickinson, along with other familiar names like Auburn’s Johni Broome.
If there’s one thing all those players above have in common along with Carr, it’s that they aren’t one-and-done, hotshot prospects that are expected to surge onto the NBA scene in the coming years.
However, they still command an audience and should be viewed like that for the sake of NIL packages. Hopefully, this partnership will be lucrative for both sides in the ever-changing college hoops landscape.
