Arkansas State rolled into Louisville and thumped the Cardinals 75-63 on a day that was already tough for the program.
Louisville put out a statement this afternoon that said junior guard Koron Davis informed the team that he plans to transfer. Davis then put out a statement of his own claiming that the team statement was false. The program then put out a statement clarifying that Davis was removed from the team.
Now, the Cardinals were soundly beaten by a Sun Belt Conference team that came in with a 3-7 record.
To make matters worse, Davis was sitting in the area during the game:
