Sounds like the normal starting QB will trot out for the Cats.
The Kentucky Wildcats are getting ready to take the field this weekend when the Murray State Racers come to Lexington.
It hasn’t been the smoothest season for the Cats on the gridiron, but this Saturday gives the team a chance to get back in the win column. In what should be a game that should give the BBN a solid look at some of the younger players on the roster, it appears that Mark Stoops and his staff will at least let Brock Vandagriff get that start against the Racers.
After being first reported by Zach Geoghegan of KSR on Wednesday night, Stoops confirmed the report on Thursday after practice.
Vandagriff suffered a head injury against the Tennessee Volunteers and appears he has been cleared to return to action. Despite BVG getting the start, it is safe to expect that Cutter Boley should get some serious playing time against the Racers.
Should be a wild one at Kroger Field on Saturday.
