Early in the second quarter last night, Kentucky’s Zion Childress came up with an interception and returned it to the house to give the Wildcats a potential 10-0 lead over No. 1 Georgia.
Unfortunately, the referees determined that it was an incomplete pass following a video review. The review took the points off the board and kept the Bulldogs in the game (as SEC officials often do).
That’s the kind of play that could have legitimately propelled Kentucky to an upset victory. Instead, they lost 13-12. Did the Wildcats get hosed?
