The Cats add another veteran offensive lineman to the mix.
How about another transfer portal Yahtzee to keep the week going?
After a successful start to the portal season, Mark Stoops and the Kentucky Wildcats have landed a commitment from another key position along the offensive line.
Western Kentucky center Evan Wibberley has committed to the Cats, he announced Sunday. Wibberley will have two years of eligibility remaining.

A 6-foot-5, 295-pound offensive lineman from Edgewood (KY), Wibberley has spent the last three seasons playing for the Hilltoppers and started 14 games at center this season in Bowling Green, earning a 72.0 Pro Football Focus grade.
Coming off a visit to Lexington this week, Wibberley saw enough to jump at the opportunity to join the Cats as they look to rebuild the Big Blue Wall this season, especially as he charts as a plug-and-play starter for UK at center this coming season.
The Cats have already landed a few key pieces along the offensive line this offseason, including Arkansas guard Joshua Braun, New Mexico tackle Wallace Unamba, and Bowling Green tackle Alex Wollschlager. With their eyes set on landing a left tackle, this UK coaching staff is looking to completely revamp the offensive line from this season, for good reason, too.
Now, the Cats will turn their attention to rounding out the offense with potential additions at defensive line, left tackle, and defensive back.
Thankfully, things will likely look a lot different on this roster next season. Let’s see what Mark Stoops and his staff can get going to finish out this portal season in the coming weeks.
Go Cats!
