Caleb Wilson, the 6-foot-10 five-star Class of 2025 jumbo wing from Holy Innocents Episcopal School in Atlanta, had what his father called a “thrilling” visit to Kentucky this past weekend for “Big Blue Madness.
“Our time in Big Blue Nation was thrilling,” his father Jerry told ZAGSBLOG.
“I mean, to think of my son on that type of stage, in front of over 20,000 dedicated fans, is unreal. It’s no coincidence that they are producing pros at such a high rate. Everything you need to excel in the game of basketball is right there from the administration, culture, coaches, connections, facilities, environment, players, and then on top of that, the legendary Coach Cal.
“We had a chance to interact with him in different settings like practice, meetings, and private conversations. He seems like a man who could coach, hold accountable, and surround him with the right pieces to help display his talents while winning.

“It’s a real college town too, everything revolves around UK. Those players are stars already in that town! We could definitely see him pursuing his higher education in Lexington. Up next is Stanford this weekend, we’re excited to see if they have plans that would accommodate young Caleb Wilson.”
Wilson will visit Stanford (Oct. 20), Auburn (Oct. 28) and North Carolina (Nov. 11). He also already visited Alabama and Tennessee and plans to visit Duke
“I want to be very thorough in the decision-making process,” Jerry said.
