The Tigers are just about as banged up as the Cats.
The Kentucky Wildcats and LSU Tigers have announced their SEC Injury report designations for Tuesday’s contest at Rupp Arena.
For Kentucky, senior guards Jaxson Robinson (wrist) and Kerr Kriisa (foot) are ruled out. Robinson was lost for the season due to his lingering wrist issue that will require surgery.
Kriisa is effectively done for the year as he rehabs his surgically repaired foot while hoping for a medical waiver to get one more year of eligibility for next season.
As for the Tigers, they have several players unlikely to play. Freshman guard Vyctorius Miller is listed as doubtful. That would be a notable loss, as Miller averages 8.9 points per game and recently went for 17 (6/11 shooting) in a narrow loss to Tennessee.
Freshman forward Corey Chest is listed as doubtful. Chest is averaging 6.1 points, 1.1 blocks, and 6.6 rebounds per game, so that’s another significant absence.
Junior forward Jalen Reed is listed as out. The 6-foot-10 big man has missed most of the season due to a knee injury.
Senior guard Dji Bailey is listed as probable. Everyone else is ready to rock Tuesday night.
