Will Kentucky ever be healthy before the season ends?
The SEC injury report is out for the Kentucky Wildcats and Tennessee Volunteers ahead of their Tuesday matchup.
For Kentucky, the focus was on the status of senior guard Jaxson Robinson, who suffered a wrist injury in practice last week. That had him questionable going into the South Carolina game. While he did suit up, Robinson appeared to injure the wrist further in the second half on a collision, though he later returned to the blowout win.
Robinson is listed as out. This comes after head coach Mark Pope said it was unlikely that Robinson would play Tuesday.
As for Lamont Butler, the Wildcat floor general made his return Saturday following a three-game absence due to a shoulder injury. Butler was listed as questionable vs. the Gamecocks but ended up starting and finishing the game with no setback.
Butler is listed as probable.
For Tennessee, sophomore forward JP Estrella remains out after suffering a season-ending foot injury in November.
Starting big man Felix Okpara is listed as probable. Everyone else is good to go.
