Jay Bilas named some of the top freshman he’s seen in college basketball this season and Kentucky’s Reed Sheppard was the first name out of his mouth.
“He’s Kentucky’s most complete player,” Bilas said about Sheppard. “You know, he can play the point, can play off the ball, he’s a great decision-maker, outstanding shooter. He’s got a great shot fake and he’s a really smart and heady defender, he leads that team in steals. Every time you put him in the game, he’s guaranteed two steals.”
