Kentucky is set to host the top-ranked team in college basketball to tip off March.
As the Kentucky Wildcats hit the home stretch of the regular season, the school has announced game times and TV channel designations for two games that were still TBD.
First off, Kentucky’s March 1st home game vs. the Auburn Tigers is set for a 1 PM ET tip-off on ABC. Auburn is currently the No. 1 team in college basketball in both the AP Poll and the Coaches Poll. If the Tigers can take care of business this week at home vs. Arkansas and Georgia, then the No. 1 team will come to Rupp Arena in what will be a strong contender for ESPN College GameDay.
Finally, the March 4th game vs. the LSU Tigers will commence at 7 PM ET on ESPN2. That will also be Kentucky’s Senior Night game. This is the easiest game left on Kentucky’s schedule, though LSU is coming off a big upset win at Oklahoma, so it will still be a tricky game, especially if Lamont Butler and/or Jaxson Robinson are out.
Tip times have been finalized through the remainder of the regular season.
