The Kentucky Wildcats have been frantically working to assemble a roster for the 2025 college football season, both in the high school recruiting ranks and with the transfer portal.
Kentucky finished the high school class of 2025 off with a 21-man haul that’s ranked 30th nationally by 247 Sports.
But more importantly, the Cats were able to bring in a college transfer class that is ranked sixth overall by 247 Sports. That includes names like Incarnate Ward quarterback Zach Calzada, Alabama wide receiver Kendrick Law, Nebraska running back Dante Dowdell, USA defensive end Sam Greene, and Bowling Green offensive tackle Alex Wollschlaeger, among many others.
Kentucky did, unfortunately, lose several key transfers, including Barion Brown (LSU, Keeshawn Silver (USC), and Dane Key (Nebraska).
