Kentucky is looking for wide receiver depth.
The Kentucky Wildcats are actively recruiting wide receivers for the 2025 season, with Clemson Tigers transfer Troy Stellato visiting this weekend, according to Jacob Polacheck of KSR.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound redshirt junior had a solid 2024 season, totaling 25 catches for 264 yards and a touchdown across nine games, including five starts. Stellato has two years of eligibility remaining.
In addition to Kentucky, Stellato has drawn interest from Michigan and is reportedly set to visit West Virginia, depending on weather conditions.
A former 4-star recruit, Stellato’s career has been impacted by injuries. He played just two games as a freshman in 2021 before a torn ACL sidelined him for the 2022 season. He rebounded in 2023 with 38 receptions for 321 yards and a touchdown.
Stellato notably contributed to Clemson’s Gator Bowl win over Kentucky with four catches for 42 yards. His 2024 season was cut short due to hand surgery in November.
Kentucky was the first to offer Stellato in high school, and while the Wildcats made his Top 12, they did not make his top six as his recruitment grew.
