Tuesday night, Kentucky managed to out-physical and out-rebound the Aggies, 40-30 on the boards, led by Amari Williams, who had 12 rebounds. Texas A&M was also limited to just 11 second-chance points.
According to Brandon Ramsey of KSR, Kentucky held the Aggies to their lowest offensive rebounding percentage of the season (28.2%); coming in, the Aggies averaged 44.4% per game on their offensive rebounding percentage.
On the flip, Kentucky rebounded 37.5% of their own misses, which was good enough for their second best outing of the season on the offensive boards.
