Moreno is having a fantastic start to his final season of high school hoops.

Great Crossing star and Kentucky Wildcats signee Malachi Moreno capped off a stellar showing at the Beach Ball Classic with a dominant performance in the third-place game, leading his team to a hard-fought win.

The 7-foot Kentucky signee showcased his incredible skill set and versatility, finishing the game with an impressive stat line: 31 points, 17 rebounds, and shooting an efficient 13/16 from the field.

Moreno was a force to be reckoned with on both ends of the court. Offensively, his ability to score in the paint, grab offensive rebounds, and finish around the rim made him unstoppable. Defensively, he controlled the boards and altered countless shots, reminding everyone why he is one of the top prospects in the Class of 2025.

Great Crossing relied heavily on Moreno’s presence throughout the tournament, and he delivered when it mattered most. His leadership and consistency were pivotal in helping the Warhawks secure a third-place finish.

With performances like this, Moreno continues to build excitement for his future at Kentucky. Wildcats fans have plenty to look forward to as the in-state standout prepares to bring his dominant game to Lexington next season.

For now, Moreno remains focused on closing out his senior season with the same determination and excellence that have made him a must-watch prospect on the national stage.
