The game we’ve all been waiting for is finally here.
The Kentucky Wildcats are set to square off with John Calipari and the Arkansas Razorbacks. Game time is set for approximately 9 PM ET on ESPN. You can stream the game online using ESPN+ or turn in to the radio stream via the UK Sports Network.
This is it. One of the most anticipated games in Kentucky basketball history is finally here. After departing this offseason and being replaced by Mark Pope, Coach Cal will play his first game inside Rupp as the head coach of Arkansas.
This won’t be the first time Pope and Cal have faced off. Back in the 1995-96 season, Pope was a player for the Cats when they fell to Cal’s UMass team in the regular season before getting sweet revenge in the Final Four.
This game may not have that level of importance, but you won’t be able to tell it by how fired up the BBN will be inside Rupp. This has the potential to be one of the best home atmospheres ever seen in Rupp’s long and storied history.
Let’s get this started.
