The Wildcats look to get back in the win column vs. South Carolina.
The Kentucky Wildcats play host to the South Carolina Gamecocks today at historic Rupp Arena. Game time is set for 12 PM ET on ESPN2. You can watch the game with an online stream using ESPN+ or a radio stream via the UK Sports Network.
Riding a two-game losing skid, Kentucky needs a bounce-back win in the worst way, especially with a top-five Tennessee team on deck next Tuesday, followed by a road game at Texas.
But don’t let these Gamecocks fool you. They may be winless in league play, but they’ve come very close vs. teams playing better than the Cats right now, including Auburn (lost by three), Vanderbilt (lost by three), Florida (lost by one), and Texas A&M (lost by four).
Oh, and the Gamecocks have won two straight and four of seven in the series. Yes, you read that correctly: Kentucky has a losing record vs. South Carolina since 2018.
It’s going to be a war for 40 minutes today at Rupp. Will the Cats be ready to answer?
