In what is a huge game for both programs, the Cats are looking to build some momentum to get the fanbase bought back in with an important date with Louisville looming next weekend.
This season hasn’t been the best for Mark Stoops and his staff. However, the three best games they have played all season have come against the stiffest competition. If the Cats hope to pull off the upset, it will take a great effort from the defense. Well, in tonight’s injury report, they received some good news regarding one of the star players on that side of the ball.
All week, linebacker JJ Weaver has been in probable status for Saturday afternoon’s matchup. His name was left off Friday’s final injury report, meaning he is good to go.
