The Wildcats are now 0-3 against the Buckeyes in the CBS Sports Classic. Overall, Kentucky is 5-6 in the event.

Koby Brea had eight points, including two 3-pointers. He has made at least one

Amari Williams had six points and a game-high eight rebounds.
In the First Half
Kentucky’s starters were Lamont Butler, Jaxson Robinson, Otega Oweh,
Andrew Carr and Amari Williams. UK has an 8-2 record with this lineup.
Brandon Garrison and Koby Brea were the first substitutions at 15:36.
With UK ahead 21-20, Ohio State went on an 8-0 run and UK called timeout at
4:26. OSU never trailed again.
OSU continued a string of five consecutive made field goals in stretching the lead
to 35-25.
UK went more than eight minutes without a field goal until a Williams dunk with
47 seconds left.
Ohio State went to halftime ahead 39-30. It tied UK’s lowest-scoring half of the
season, also 30 in the first half at Clemson.
In the Second Half
Kentucky began the second half with the starters.
Ohio State scored the first six points to make it 45-30.
Kentucky cut the deficit to six, 51-45, and OSU called timeout at 14:20.
OSU came out of the timeout with five quick points to reclaim a double-digit lead.
Kentucky got back within eight points at 59-51 but got no closer.
