The NCAA Tournament gets back underway today.
The Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament gets underway today.
After a few days off, we have NCAA Tournament basketball on our televisions again tonight, with 4 games and some intriguing matchups.
Tonight, we have BYU and Alabama in a game where the over/under line is set at 175.5. For reference, the next highest over/under line in the Sweet 16 is Maryland vs Florida at 157.5. Needless to say, we should probably expect a lot of points in this matchup between the Tide and the Cougars.
Speaking of Maryland and Florida, that game is also on tap for tonight. Kevin Willard is receiving some buzz for the vacant Villanova job, but the action on the court should be interesting as well as one of the country’s top freshmen, Derik Queen, matches up against the Gators.
We have Duke and Arizona, as Caleb Love looks to once again play spoiler to the Blue Devils, this time while playing for Arizona.
And finally, to cap off the night, we have John Calipari’s Arkansas squad taking on Texas Tech. Calipari leads the lowest-seeded team in the Sweet 16 against a Tech team led by one of the top transfers in the country in JT Toppin.
Who do you have advancing from tonight? My picks are Alabama, Florida, Arizona, and Texas Tech.
