Tonight is Kentucky’s final exhibition game.
We’re less than a week away from the Kentucky Wildcats’ season opener against Wright State, but first, the Wildcats will play their final exhibition game against Minnesota State tonight at Rupp Arena.
The Mavericks finished last season with a 35-2 record, including cutting down the nets in the NCAA Division II title game following a thrilling victory over Nova Southeastern University.
After dismantling Kentucky Wesleyan last Wednesday in their 132-52 win, the Wildcats didn’t waste any time getting into a groove and will have their chance to replicate that effort again tonight.
It’s Kentucky’s final chance to fortify its lineup and rotation before the 2024-2025 season officially starts next Monday.
Head coach Mark Pope and his Wildcats host the Mavericks at Rupp Arena with tip-off scheduled for 7 PM ET. SEC Network Plus will have the television coverage, and you can, of course, always listen for free via the UK Sports Network.
