Looks like the Cats are going all-in on Acaden Lewis and Caleb Wilson.
Good morning, BBN!
Class of 2025 5-star guard Braylon Mullins has officially cut his list to three, and the Kentucky Wildcats are not on it.
Mullins had an unofficial visit to Kentucky in June, and on the same day, the Cats offered him a scholarship.
It seemed like the Cats were running the full-court press to land Mullins, but over the last month or so, they stopped showing up to his open gyms, and interest on both sides waned.
This likely means that the full-court press is now on landing 5-star forward Caleb Wilson and 4-star guard Acaden Lewis.
There’s been a lot of action on Twitter between Wilson and current Kentucky recruits Malachi Moreno and Jasper Johnson.
We’re now seeing things heat up for Lewis as well. He took an unofficial visit in June and got offered then, too. Since then, Kentucky has been picking up a lot of steam.
Mark Pope has certainly made a huge splash for the 2025 class so far, and if he can get Lewis and Wilson… things are going to get very interesting.
