That’s now 3-1 in conference play.
Good morning, BBN!
It was another excellent win for the Kentucky Wildcats last night; this time, it wasn’t as anxiety-inducing.
They defeated the 13-3 No. 11 Texas A&M Aggies by a score of 81-69. Last night’s game was a tad slower than most Kentucky games, but that was all due to the Aggies’ style of play.
It was a physical game that saw a lot of bodies on the floor, especially Lamont Butler’s. At times, it was pretty sloppy, but that’s just how you’re going to have to win games in the SEC.
The Cats may have played their best defensive game of the year, which is very encouraging to see. They need to continue to prove on that side of the ball.
Seeing Jaxson Robinson have another big game was great, especially since he got a little revenge on his first College team. It was his second straight 20+ point game.
The fun doesn’t end. No. 4 Alabama, who lost to No. 21 Ole Miss last night, is coming to town on Saturday looking to bounce back.
