They are not as high on the Cats signees.
We are starting to see the class of 2025 officially wrap up, as the Kentucky Wildcats are looking to potentially add one or two more pieces to their top-five class.
Mark Pope and his staff have done well in their first full recruiting cycle, landing three signatures from Jasper Johnson, Malachi Moreno, and Acaden Lewis. With all three having impressive high school senior seasons and the state playoffs inching closer, national recruiting services are starting to update their rankings.
Unfortunately, they are not as high on the Cats signees as some other sites.
Leading the way for the Kentucky recruits is Moreno at No. 31. He is followed by Johnson at No. 33 and then Lewis in No. 50. All three are listed as 4-star recruits.
However, the Cats do still have one big recruit on their big board in Nate Ament. The 5-star wing is highly sought after, and as the UK staff try to land a visit, he would immediately make an impact to the Cats rankings as he comes in at No. 3 overall.
Going to be interesting to see how this class ends up.
