It’s a harvest of talent for Richard Pitino!
First, the news:

Milicevic is a 6’10”, 240-pound finesse big man who joins from New Mexico, where he was a freshman last year. His arrival finally gives Xavier enough players to field a starting five, albeit a positionally imbalanced one.
He averaged 3.8/2.0/0.4 last year in about 12 minutes per game. He was more a flex four on the offensive end, taking 55 threes (and connecting at a 43.6% rate) and just 29 twos. He wasn’t much of a rebounder at either end and committed 4.3 fouls per 40 minutes. His game is definitely based around his skill moves and ability to stick jumpers more than it is traditional big man skills.
Alongside Anthony Robinson, he gives Xavier a pair of big men with complementary skill sets and three years of eligibility to develop in parallel to one another (should they choose to stick around). The future looks bright at Cintas.
